Hi @EDutton567. If I am reading your reference guide correctly, your TV cannot connect to the Internet. Everywhere that Internet is mentioned in the manual it states (Except KDL-40RE4xx / 32RE4xx). If I was a betting man, the R in your model number denotes no Internet.
