Our Sony Bravia KDL40EX43BU has suddenly stopped playing dvds. It will load the dvd but just say loading and will not actually play it. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do?
Try unplugging the TV from the powerpoint for 5 minutes and see what happens. However if its a hardware fault with the DVD/Bluray player itself, it will be cheaper to add a separate player instead.
