Sony Bravia activating/ Playmemoriesonline.com

Hi there, could someone advise how to get activated Sony Bravia-TV to work with "playmemoriesonline" - to show photos ? Tv is earlier (in 2015 I assume)  registered with Sony, but as I should now add activating code whic is given by Bravia-TV - I do not find a place where to input it.  When I will try to log in "Playmemoriesonline" inside Bravia, it will not open the system....
