Problem with subtitles on sony kdl-32ex720aep

Hello, I bought a television sony kdl-32ex720aep when start movie from flash drive subtitles are ok, but when i start 3d (SBS) movie from flash drive  subtitles are not displayed? I'll be very pleased if someone help me!
