Prime Video problem

I have a KD43XE7002 tv.  It has the Amazon Prime App on it.  When I click on the icon it is telling me to sign up to Prime BUT I already have an account.  How do I get my tv to recognise this fact?  None of the websites I have tried can solve this issue so any help you can give me would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi Joelewes,

 

Try refreshing the app list (under Settings - System Settings - Set-up - Network - Refresh Internet Content) and if you still get the same message, trying doing that again over a mobile/personal hotspot in case the issue is related to the network/firewall.

 

 

PS: Make sure you have the latest software version installed before trying these steps.

Hi

 the problem is solved. I needed to sign out of Prime Video, then sign in again. This resulted in a ode being issued which was used on the Amazon Prime Video website to register another device - the tv. Hope this helps other people and thanks for the replies I have had.
