New Bravia with no Sky picture but receiving sound
I've just tried to set up my new Bravia W82B, everything is fine except with the Sky connection. I can receive sound only but no picture. Can anyone offer any help?
Unknown if you have managed to resolve your problem yet. But the first thing I would do is to check all your cables and connections and ensure they are all seated correctly. Try also another HDMI cable, if you have a spare one.
