Hello Evan,
At which stage of the connection does it fail
1. Step 1 - OK
2. Step 2 - OK and settings same as PC
3. Step 2a - contact sony support - do not continue further contact 0845 6000124 0 or 0844 8466 555
4. Step 2b - setings do not match
5. Step 3 - Reset product
6. Step 4 - Reset router

hi Pcadjb,
it fails when after doin all the set up and you try to refresh the connection. i did reset both router and factory setting of the tv, still connection fail (error code 2200). im using a cable not wifi.
the IP address from pc does not match with the tv IP last 1 digit but the rest are the same except the last one.

Hello understood,
IP address looks OK, 1 digit different is OK.
Just 1 additional question which make/type of router are you using and who is the ISP (Internet service provider).
This may help understand the issue more.

Have heard a few stories of Belkin incompatibility. Any chance to try it round a friends house to see if its the router?
