Can't scroll backwards on Freeview Play on KD49XF...

If I try and scroll backwards in time on the EPG in Freeview Play I just get served the catchup highlights screen, not the historical tv guide for the last seven days that I'm supposed to get. Any ideas how to solve? Thanks
