Hi there
Best settings are always difficult for many reasons (ie personal preferences, brightness of room etc etc). The best thing to do, is create a spreadsheet and slowly modify settings over a period of time.
I have the W807A TV (Same TV, just silver fram) and below is my settings. I cannot be bothered with day and night settings as its just more hassle and family members get annoyed too, so my settings may not be what your after, but may give you a start anyhow.
