what's the problem software or hardware ?
Hi @noureldeen711, sorry to hear about this. 
What happens if you tap on "Use phone" when you see this menu? Is the device booting up as it should?
There isn't that much troubleshooting available for this, but we can at least see if this is related to the hardware of the software in the device, if you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.
This will delete all data stored on the internal storage of the device and reinstall the latest available software.
