After a reasonably long period when I have not used the player,the green light is on but there is no signal being sent to the TV where the screen is blank The player cannot be switched off using the button on the player or the remote. The only thing the player will do is open and close the disc tray. I have tried powering off at the mains and connecting to another HDMI port without any improvement. Every now and again the green of light goes off for about one second. Any suggestions on what to do to use the player again?
