Sony BDV-N9200W, player read 4K ?

I bought a Sony BDV-N9200W system.
I also bought a 4K ultra HD dvd, and notice that it does not read.
Player from this system does not read 4K DVDs ???
Gives me the message: FALSE.
Please help,

Hello @catacam66,

the player you own is no 4K Blu Ray Player.

Some Sony Blu-ray players (including yours) support upscaling of normal "HD Blu-Rays" to 4K, yet they can't natively read 4K Blu-Rays.

For 4K Blu-Rays you can get the UBP-X700, UBP-X800 or UBP-X800m2.
