SMP-N100 cannot connect to photos on XP PC

Help!

I can connect to Internet via by SMP-N100 to view TV programmes but cannot view photo's from my wired XP PC. I can view the pics from another PC over the wireless network using shared drives but not from the N100? Any help would be appreciated.
