I've just switched on my BDP-S350 and it informed me there was a network update, which I did. Now I no longer have iplayer, sky news, qriocity plus a few others have gone missing and seem to have been replaced with some misc other choices
Anyone else had this or know if the options will be returned?
Paul

I can confirm that iPlayer is back on the Sony blu-ray platform today.
Sony support talked me through the following steps (not all of which may be necessary):
- Reboot router
- Restart BD player (a BDP-S470 in my case)
- Reset network settings to factory detault
and (missed this one at first... it _is_ required)
- Start one of the existing video providers (eg Lovefilm), which will force a refresh of internet video services.
Happy catchups, everyone!

Confirmed, iPlayer has returned.
I only followed the last 2 steps of above ie reset personal settings then forced a internet services install at the bottom of the video menu.
Thank you Sony

Its back on- July 1. Tried to update as it wasn't there (iplayer). Then restarted internet and it was back in the list. So something went right

Hi. I can confirm iplayer is back on my 570. Didn't need to reset settings or router. It just re-appeared. Weird. I guess we'll never know what happened. Hope this is the end of the issue.

Yet another who has registered to record his displeasure at the failing if the 380 to play HD on IPlayer.
Bought unit this week only got it networked today ,hard wired over mains to my route, Laptop will play fine over same cable so it is not the connection.
ISP is Plusnet over BT network.
