Adding Apps to BDP-S3700

I live in Denmark, and my newly purchased BDP-S3700 blueray player does not have a lot of apps.

Is there and SDK or some other way for users to develop and add their own apps?

In particular, I would like to stream from the Danish national television: https://www.dr.dk/drtv/
