Trying to connect to Sony CMT-SBT100 via Bluetooth. They seem to be compatible, both are new. When pairing starts, unit flashes 'connecting' for a few seconds then immediately flashes 'disconnecting'. Have paired with an I phone, which I have turned off when trying to connect headphones. Have tried NFC and that doesn't work either.
Any ideas?

Hi @daovere and welcome to the community,
I'm afraid pairing with your headphones won't work, as the CMT-SBT100 is a Bluetooth receiver and not a transmitter. So you will only be able to connect playback devices (transmitters) to the CMT-SBT100. You can see a list of compatible devices here, in case that is useful.
Cheers,
C
