Hi PCharter68,
Since you mentioned that this only happened after the upgrade to Windows 10, I'd recommend checking that the computer you're using has the same requirements mentioned here:https://musiccenter.sony.net/en/downloads/ .
If possible, try a different computer.
Cheers,

I have a similar issue, however it's with a file type of Wav. I got an album/sound selection with a game Xenoblade chronicles, and I downloaded the songs from Nintendo via the link and using the code. I import all the songs, it makes an album, all the songs work except the 2nd title and it displays that message as well. I'm using windows 10, I've tried updating Music center and it hasn't got any updates.
The worse part is that when I first import it, I can play it however as soon as it analysis the song, or I put it on my walkman, It no longer plays and states the file type isn't supported (on walkman) yet the other songs still work.
I thought it may have just been an error with the download so I've downloaded it and deleted restarted my computer and music center, still the same outcome everytime. Is this something that needs to be sorted on sony's end?
