Lense cashback offer

Just spent the best part of an hr going through the process to claim cashback on my 3 new lenses.  Lense 1 I think I managed to successfully submit a claim, Lense 2 & 3 were an endless repeat of web error pages when I tried to submit the claim. Any advice ?

Hi AngelaWisemanFineArt, there was an issue with the website and Sony resolved it. Try again.
