Imaging Edge Mobile Application

Hey community,

 

I have noticed that the mobile application doesn't save videos on the phone after recording. Why is that different from photo mode? When shooting in photo mode, still pictures are transferred in no time to the phone. Doesn't it happen the same with video? Please let me know if I am wrong! Thank you all!

It may be something to do with the video format you are using.

Hey @Luigigalasso, what is the model name of your camera? As it depends on the model and the supported video formats.
