I have a Xa1 ultra phone. My phone clock is wrong. He's always falling behind. Why is this happening? Please help me.

have you tried deactivating "automatic date+time" in the settings?
By tapping the watch widget on your home screen you should be able to get right into the settings menu.

yes. i turned off the automatic clock sign and tried it. but again same.
