Hi @Qnitus when entering the product details, type in WF-C500 and then click on it from the drop-down menu which is going to be WF-C500 WF-C500 Truly Wireless Headphones, when you do that an option to enter the serial number will appear beneath the product details. You can now enter the purchase details.
