syncing books

I am trying to sync a book on to my PRS-T1 and it will not go into the data transfer mode.

Please can anyone help??

Have you tried resets at all - all in manual, quite straightforward.

Worth a try.

Remember to make sure you have all data saved if you go to a hard reset ...
