Reader PRS T1 is dead?

I have been using Reader PRS T1 for a week now. Since yesterday it is dead. I just have the first page of the book I was last reading on the screen.

I have tried to charge it through Computer and USB. I have tried soft reset. Nothing works.

Hard reset is of course not possible as the Reader is not turning on.

I am at my wits end as to what to do. Any help would be much appreciated.

Charge it via a wall charger, leave it for a few hours, overnight would be advisable

If it still doesn't wake up after this, take it back to where you got it and get a refund or replacement
