Reader for PC not responding

I have been using my Sony PRS-T1 with little problems but now when the Reader page shows it tells me 'Reader for PC not responding'.  Any suggestions please?

Is this when you're using wifi, or connected to PC ?

And have you checked router etc.. all functioning OK , and if it's USB'd to PC, are you using direct port or hub connection ?

Hi, I am connected to the PC.  My router is constantly on line, there is nothing different to before when my reader worked.  I have just tried again to load my Reader for PC without any attachement to the Reader and the same message shows after a few seconds.  Very frustrating.

The only time I have a problem anything like this is when I don't have a secure connection PC-Reader.

What is odd is that you've not had this problem before, with the same set-up.

(Adobe authorised OK, Sony Reader for PC installed OK, and reader synced OK. )
