r4pc will not accept my adobe id

When I start r4pc it repeatedly ask for my adobe id I enter the correct information and it just reopens the box. The pc is authorised but it will not let me authorise my new sony t-1. I know my adobe id information is correct as I can log onto the adobe website. I have hard reset my e-reader incase there was a problem there and re-installed r4pc. Any help?

EDIT* after hard reseting the reader and logging on the the reader sotore via the reader, I entered my adobe id and got error (-50507) or error (-50504) but can't find what that means.

For all I know, this error states that you have entered your information incorrectly. But it is weird if you know that you have entered the correct details. Try resetting for the last time.

I have been having the same problem all of my information is correct and I can sign into the adobe website fine but when I try to sign in in the reader for pc it won't accept my adobe id and password either even though I know that the information is correct. I have been trying for hours to fix this an have yet to come across a solution
