the screen on my prs300 e reader has frozen can anyone help me to un freeze it thanks

Hi minewma53,

try doing a soft reset of your reader..

Reset the Reader by pressing a small pin or clip into the Reset hole on the bottom of your Reader.

Whilst pressing the reset pin slide the Power switch to on to start the Reader.
