PRS 650 continually restarting

Anyone ant idea how I can stop my prs-650 from continually restarting?

It seems to be stuck in some sort of loop!!!!!

OK, I managed to stop it by doing a "hard reset", then had a play.

It seems to be a particular ms word document that causes the problem.

If any of the support guys/girls want a copy of the file to play with just email me.
