Hi, when I switch my device on, only a message saying: 1fskin:/l/string... appears at the bottom of the screen, where you usually find the page count. Reset does not change anything, the reader starts with the message ‘Opening book‘ but immediately switches to the fault message...Hard reset does not work for the same reason - after opening book the screen immediately switches to the message, without displaying the Hard reset screen...
Any idea what I can try?
When I connect the reader to my PC, it does not recognise it immediately, it takes same time and you cannot move any collections to it, as it says it is full (which it is not). The extra card is recognised, but the tranfer there is also not perfect - it copied 6 collections, but some books from there are missing...
