When I generate a e-pub file on my mac it only loads one error page onto the reader. It loads correctly onto the reader software and is readable. E-pub files generated elswhere give no problem. Is there a hidden DRM or have I done something stupid?

The file is loaded onto the reader,455Kb is shown but it will only display an error page, a"!" inside a triangle with "page error" beneath.
