new built-in dictionaries

Hi everyone,

In short, I chose the reader in order to enjoy a built-in dictionary. The problem is that the list of dictionaries available is rather short, and does meet my actual and most immediate needs. Is it going to be available, anytime soon, an update including a Serbo-Croatian (or Croatian or Serbian, who cares) dictionary, be it bilingual or monolingual? I guess there are lots of people expecting for other languages too.

Thanks in advance,

Maavak, I think you must realise that all readers with a dictionary facility have to draw a line somewhere with the various languages they install, so I think the x50's and T1 do pretty well in that regard, there's quite a mix.

However, it would seem a pretty good idea if there was a way to download further / alternative dictionary options.

First, the dictionary needs to be available in eform, and then the ability to load them.

I'd think the 650 and T1 could do this, they both have a card facility - could you not do it that way ?  Download the , say, Serbian dictionary, if available, onto the card and then access it from there ?

You could presumably build up quite a collection that way with multiple cards - if it's practical.

Or you could simply load it onto the reader - not as handy to use as having it built in of course , but, hey, at least you'ld have it....:smileycool:
