Hi Donlee,
welcome to Questions & Answers..:smileyhappy:
As far as I am aware as long as you register your new reader with the same Adobe Digital account details then you can simply read the same books that you have purchased on your new reader..
If you are thinking of selling your old reader then make sure you de-authorised the reader before doing so..:smileywink:
Hi paufrew89, I am not sure what you mean, however if you mean can you transfer existing purchases to a new Reader, then yes you can, you will have to register the reader your reader with your PC, this can be done on transfer or by Adobe Digital Edition, however it is restricted by the DRM (Digital Rights Management) restriction from the supplier. I hope this is the answer you require, if not could you supply further information
HI,
I have just read the reply you sent to "paufrew89". My question is, I have a PRS-600 with a load of books that I have purchased and transtered them via Adobe Digital Editions. I am thinking of buying the PRS-650 and selling my 600 on ebay. Can I re-load the books I have bought to a the new E-Reader?
Donlee.
Excuse my bad manners for butting in but I posted a similiar question a couple of days ago and got no replies. I want to buy my husband a Reader for Xmas as he really likes mine but it only makes sense if we can share books. Otherwise it would be better for him to get a kindle so we have all developments covered. Can we register two boooks with one computer/ library? And why the heck is this information so difficult to find?

Adobe digital editions allows a book to be used on up to six devices. It sounds like you currently have books on two devices, your PC and ebook reader, so you shouldn't have a problem sharing books.
Thalamus, how does one "de-authorised the reader"?
