Hello you use any screen saver ? if you use could cover the proximity sensor and that would be the problem

Thanks for your response .On the phone I have pasted protective film .Test I did, but I'm not sure if it has to be the way it was when the phone vibrate only test the zoom. On completion of the written test ok.
