I have found your SOLVED topic tactics unsupportive. You are marking topics as SOLVED, even when there has been no real effort taken to really solve it. Customer requests are ignored and topic is marked as SOLVED. You could use mark CLOSED which would be closer to ignoring customers request, but SOLVED mark is only making finding out solution in available resources harder...
Please FIX your SOLVED strategy process...
