sim problem

my phone says no service..... it notifies me when i remove or insert the sim card and restarts itself but it still saying " no service" ....the problem came out from no where it was working good i pressed airplane mode by mistake and after i turned airolane mode off it said no service.

Hi @mshaly, sorry to hear about this.

Since the device recognizes the SIM card, could you try and manually search for available networks and see if you then are able to connect to the one your operator is using? You can do so in Settings > More > Mobile networks > Network operator.

Once the search is finished, you will see a small house icon to the left of the network you are supposed to use!
