I know there are similar posts on this topic, however, my phone only does this occasionally so there isn't a problem with the microphone. Sometimes when I call people I can hear them but they can't hear me and it often leads to me calling them back 3 times before they can hear me.
It's become a problem as in the past I've had important calls and been in stressful situations in which the person on the other line most likely thinks they're being prank called a thousand times and I seem unprofessional to bosses etc.
I've tested the microphone in the settings and it's worked fine and I've also tried putting in on safe mode and it's worked fine as well.
