Hi could someone please help me with this, i dont know what has happened but I cant do anything on my phone it was fine last night but when i got up this morning there were screen messages popping up saying:
unfortunately google play services has stopped
unfortunately the process android.process.acore has stopped
contacts has stopped
google play services has stopped
calender has stopped
email has stopped
user data logging has stopped
location based wifi has stopped etc etc
It was also shutting down, to get it to power up again i had to charge it & take sim out put it back in but it just keeps giving me these unfortunately error messages,
so i took it to spark this afternoon they did a factory reset but that didnt work either. I have connected to my computer through sony companion hoping it would update & fix but it all i get is a message saying
PC companion has stopped a non trusted file from being downloaded into this installation folder. I thas been removed for safety.
My internet is private so I really dont know what to do from here any suggestion would be greatly appreciated 🙂
