Impossible to hard reset my device!

Hello, I tried so many times to reset my device but i'ts not working. I went into the settings, then pressed Backup or Reset and I pressed Reset Phone but when I press the button, this is not working. 

PLEASE HELP ME

My device is:

Sony Xperia E1 D2004 

Version: 4.4.2 

Kitkat
