headset problem

My new e3 has a loose headset. So once I insert my headset it easily detached to the jackport is this normal to the e3? I hope I receive answer

My mobile is xperia z5 premium, when i connect my headset to my mobile it doesn't connect to the jack except when i press it hardly and the problem is in the jack of the mobile, help me what can i do pkease?!?!?!!
