I am using E1 dual. I am unable to down load apps from googleplay store. I uninstalled updates in settings>apps>google play store. But play store is not getting upgraded. It is using 3.01 version of play store.
Even with this i m unable to download any apps from playstore. I tried to update software using pc companion . but it says" no software update is available to your phone".
Be extra careful with third party websites, the play store will update by itself as Alexdon said, as to when your device will get the update, only Google know
