Hello guys!
It all began like two weeks ago. Suddenly my Xperia (D2203) crashed. I had some crashes before this, I was able to boot again. So I thought it isnt as bad and I tried to boot it. But it showed Xperia logo and then that purple wavy thing. I rebooted it several times and the same wavy thing was just moving and nothing happened. I looked on internet what should I do, and I read about Companion. So I downloaded it, repaired software, phone booted and I started to download apps etc. After 2-5 hours it crashed and it was doing the same thing. Im repairing the software like every second day. Please help! Thanks in advance!
Hi @yelen,
I'm sorry to hear this. When you have done a software repair I would recommend that you start your device without restoring any backup or downloading any apps to see if they may be causing this behavior.
If you are still experiencing the same behavior, I would recommend that you get in contact with your Local support support for further troubleshooting and repair. You local support team can also assist you with questions regarding service routines in your country.
Let me know how it goes!
I have same problem. Two times official service store changed my motherboard, one time they had changed complete motherboard and I still have problems. What's going on?
@Littmann, I'm sorry to hear this.
As this is an international community I'm afraid that your Local support team are better equipped to answer questions regarding your service.
If you still have experiencing this behavior after having your device sent in to a service center I can only recommend that you contact your local support team for further assistance.
OK, Im really sorry for not answering for like month. The thing is, that my phone like overheat itself or it is just hot and then it crash and I cant boot it even after letting it cool for like day. And for the apps just Facebook, messenger, instagram, google music, chrome and accuweather thats probably it. And Im out of warranty so I cant send to sony and if I need to send it for repair, I will just buy new phone.
Bye
@yelenI see. I'm afraid there is no other relevant troubleshooting I can offer.
If you are still experiencing this with your device after doing a software repair using Xperia Companion I can only recommend that have your device sent in to a authorized service center for repair.
Let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.
