"Turn off and on again"

Hello, I have DSC-W150 and I have problem. When I turn on, the display shows me a text:

Could you please let me know what the text actually says on the screen as this will indicate what the error may be with the camera. There may also be an error code provided too so anything that you can tell me will allow me to look into this for you.
