Why gps shows the km/h with such a delay?

I guess the calculation for the speed can only begin after communication with the satellites which takes a moment to reach, therefore lagging always a bit.

The gps works, but the video image is not consistent with the speed.

I have seen the same in many videos in youtube with as100v.
