Just bought this camera and seem to be having trouble connecting to computer and tv via wifi. Have downloaded the recommended software onto desktop computer. Camera appears to see the computer and tv, as comes up in relevant box. Same with tv, the camera can be seen but will not connect. Very frustrating as it's one of reasons for the choice of camera. I have the latest version (2),

Any ideas to what to try?

I have been having exactly the same problem (see my blog) with downloading to my desktop.

The RX10M4 finds, connects and registers with my desktop, and starts downloading only to stop when the camera goes to sleep. The message "Some Media files could not be imported" is displayed.

It seems there is some incompatibility with Windows 10, as I have tried my RX10M4 on my laptop, without success.

Any help welcomed.
