Up loading video

How do I upload a video captured on my tape from my dcr-pc120E?  I purcchased this new while I was living in London and have not been able to upload the videos to my new computer.  Can you help?  I have a OSX 10.8.3 desk top / lap top and a windows based PC running XP.  There must be a way to upload.

Hello tgrell - Welcome to the Sony Forums

In the first instance, you may wish to take a look at the guides that Sony have published for transferring video to a PC or a Mac - there are separate guides for each. They can be read by visiting the following link:

With this particular camcorder, I believe that you will need to transfer the video using Firewire/iLink but hopefully the guides will be of use to you.
