Hi every one
I have two Sony HDR-CX760 cameras, and I faced a problem with the two:
it suddenly stop and didn't respond.
I sent the first one to a maintenance company, they solved the problem but didn't tell me the problem and now the problem occured for the second one.
Do anyone face this problem?
And what could be the problem?
Any help please

For the camera that has now developed the fault, this may have been an internal problem which is why it had to be fixed by sending it away for a repair. Am I correct to assume that you have had the second camera for over 12 months which is why you sent the first one to a repair company as opposed to sending it to Sony?
If performing a full reset of the camera doesn't fix the problem (you will see a small reset hole at the bottom right of the panel of buttons when the screen is open) you may need to contact the company you used directly to see if they can provide you with more information. Do you see an error code on the camera screen as this may help to identify what has happened?
