Hello,
I made some videos yesterday at a concert with my Bloggie touch. The video was ok but the sound was awful, all distorted, I can't even recognise the song. How can I resolve this problem? I used a sanyo camcorder in the past with no problems with the sound even if the quality of the video wasn't like the one of the bloggie touch. Thank you.
Hi Vivien71,
I think the sensitivity of the microphone is automatically adjusted on the bloggie touch - there's no way to change it manually. One thing I'd suggest though is that I've found you need to be aware of the position of the microphone on the camera. The mic is three small holes on the same edge of the camera as the on/off and still photo buttons (just next to the bloggie logo). When you hold the camera during video filming (especially when you hold the camera horizontally) make sure your fingers don't cover or rub across the mic. If the mic is clear I've found that the sound recorded is OK even when sound levels are pretty high.
Hope this helps.
Thank you Drumzman for the advice, but my fingers weren't on the microphone, I was really careful when filming. As I was near the stage the sound came out really really really awful.
