Problem with conection to laptop sony dcr trv 345e

Hi! I have sony dcr trv 345e handycam and my problem is:

1. can't connect my camera to laptop dell with i7 processor and win7

2. can't connect my camera to laptop acer with i7 processor and win 8

3. my laptop don't have iLINK port .Only usb 2;usb 3

How can download movie to laptop.

Hi Kiru, welcome to the Sony Forums

With newer operating systems, USB isn't supported for older cameras, which is why you can't connect your TRV-345e

However if your laptop has a PCMCIA slot you can use an I-Link adaptor card like this http://www.exprodirect.com/images/P/EXPRESSDV.jpg
