Playmemories Studio

Got a HDR-CX740 for 2 weeks now. Very pleased so far! :slight_smile:

Trying to download Playmemories Studio, tried it all day, every time i get the message that the server doesn't respond. Am I doing anything wrong?

Connecting camera to PC, downloading file, starting file, camera is recognized but the server doesn't communicate. :neutral:

Is the server down? Living in Sweden.

Tried it for 5 days now, even turned the firewall of, still get the message that the "server doesn't comunicate"

Any ideas of what could be wrong?

are you saying you have trouble accessing the download code? Or the Code_PM.exe?

The file downloads alright, but when runing the file to get the code, I get the message

"Det går inte att kommunicera med servern" Translated "It's not possible to communicate with the server".

Just tried it again, still the same message.

If possible, could you please take a screenshot of the error message that is appearing on screen (don't worry about it being in Swedish) and then attach it to a reply in this forum thread. I am currently following up on some Playmemories related questions in general so I will let you know when I have any further information.
