Hello Lotte - Welcome to the Sony Forums

FIrst of all, I would advise you to try and perform a full reset of the camera to see if that a) fixes the sync issue and b) allows you to update to the latest software if it is available (the latest version is 1.09 and it is available from http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/product/MHS-FS2/downloads/FW_MHS_FS2_K).

To reset (on the Bloggie, it is referred to as a 'Force Quit'), you need to turn off the camera by holding down the power button for at least seven seconds. After this, turn the camera on again in the usual manner.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, you may need to contact Sony Customer Services to see if there is an internal fault within the camera and if this is the case, a repair may be necessary. The exact process for this will depend upon whether your camera is still under warranty but this will be discussed with the Customer Services Team. Their contact details can be found in the following forum thread:

Thanks,

Simon
