4K video unavailable

Hello ! So this is my problem - my smartphone Sony Xperia M5 can record 4K video, but when i want to watch in youtube 4K videos the maximal resolution it gives me is 1080p. Any solutions ?

The YouTube app only allows your maximum screen resolution as playback resolution.

My Sony Xperia XA has a 1280 by 720 pixel screen and therefore YouTube only gives me resolutions up to 720p.
